Type of Claim
Towing - To submit a towing claim, please fax a copy of the towing bill along with your name, seven-digit policy number and a brief note explaining the reason for the tow to our Claims Department at (215) 887-2194. Or mail to us at P.O. Box 395, Jenkintown, PA 19046, Attn: Claims.
Windshield Damage - To submit a windshield claim, please mail two (2) repair estimates to us along with a photo of the damage and a brief description of what occurred. Send to: P.O. Box 395, Jenkintown, PA 19046, Attn: Claims. Please be sure to include your name and seven-digit policy number.
All Other Claims - Please click "Next" to complete the online claim form. The information you provide will be e-mailed directly to an Hobbyist Claims Representative, who will call you to confirm receipt.
